The Russian military launched an airstrike on a maternity hospital and a children’s hospital in Mariupol. This was announced by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko on his Facebook page.

«A maternity hospital in the city centre, a hospital, a children’s ward and therapy – all this was destroyed during the Russian air raid on Mariupol. Russians! You have not only crossed the line of unacceptable relations between states and peoples. You have crossed the line of humanity. Stop calling yourself human! «, – Pavlo Kyrylenko addressed.
The information was also confirmed by the former deputy head of the National Police Vyacheslav Abroskin.
«The Russian occupiers inflicted artillery on the maternity hospital №2 in Mariupol. According to eyewitnesses, the maternity hospital no longer exists, many women were injured and killed,» – the militiaman said.
As a result of the Russian attack on the maternity hospital in Mariupol, 17 people were injured – mothers and staff.
According to police, another blow occurred near the city centre. Police are documenting the aftermath of the bombing. Explosives technicians are gathering evidence for the UN International Court of Justice.
