The global environmental initiative aims not only to restore Ukrainian nature but also to unite Ukrainians worldwide around the idea of gratitude to heroes. Organizers strive to create living symbols of memory in public spaces, turning parks and squares into eco-spaces of national honor. This was reported by the "Greening of Ukraine" charitable foundation.
The event is part of the large-scale project Greening of the Planet, within which over 55 million trees have already been planted in 141 countries around the world. Since the start of the full-scale invasion by the RF, the activities of activists have acquired special social significance, focusing on supporting the families of the fallen and the military.
