The Netherlands has decided to host a full-fledged Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression by Russia against Ukraine. This was announced by Volodymyr Zelensky following a conversation with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Rob Jetten.
According to the president, the tribunal will allow for the legal prosecution of Russia's top political and military leadership specifically for the crime of aggression, not just for its consequences.
