Lviv IT company SoftServe has completed the acquisition of Indian technology company NewVision. Thanks to the deal, one of Ukraine's largest IT companies will expand its portfolio of technological services and increase its team by more than 700 engineers. SoftServe announced the completion of the deal on July 14.
The company noted that the acquisition will strengthen work with clients in different regions of the world and expand technological expertise. After the acquisition, more than 700 engineers with experience in software development will join SoftServe.
NewVision's headquarters is located in the Indian city of Pune. Along with the team, the company's management will also join SoftServe. NewVision CEO Kapil Godhani and COO Balan Ramaswami will continue to lead the business.

At the same time, NewVision will continue to operate under its own brand as a company wholly owned by SoftServe.
SoftServe emphasizes that the agreement will help strengthen the company's position in the international market and expand opportunities in the field of technology services.
