Ukraine's State employment service is issuing education vouchers for internally displaced persons and soldiers who have been released from captivity. With this document, they can get the cost of programs in educational institutions fully or partially covered, press service of Lviv regional military administration reported.
According to the State employment service, the voucher provides the opportunity of retraining in the labor profession; education in a specialty to obtain a master's degree based on a bachelor's or master's degree obtained in another specialty; training at the next level of education (except for the third (educational-scientific/educational-creative) and scientific level of higher education); specialization and advanced training in professions and specialties.
The free education service is available to persons who:

are not registered in the employment center as unemployed;

have not received a voucher before;
-
did not undergo retraining during the last 3 years at the expense of the funds of the State Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment;

have a professional (vocational-technical), professional pre-university or higher education.
We would like to remind you that centers of complex social and psychological support to victims of the war, in particular, to refugees, came into operation in Lviv and 5 other cities of Ukraine.
