During the restoration of the former Lviv tram depot, an antique piano about 140 years old, medicine cabinets, wooden tram sleepers, and other authentic elements were found. Some of the finds were preserved and integrated into the interior of the LEM Station creative hub. This is reported in the article "Your City".

One of the most interesting finds was an antique piano with a wooden music stand decorated with openwork carving. An antique dealer donated the instrument to the project, and LEM Station's craftsmen restored it. Despite its venerable age, the piano still works, although it occasionally needs tuning.

An inscription has been preserved on the lid of the instrument: "Franz Wirth Schüler v. Bösendorfer". It indicates that the piano was made at the Viennese factory of Franz Wirth, which operated from 1879 to 1929. Its founder, Franz Wirth, was a pupil of Ludwig Bösendorfer, the founder of the well-known Bösendorfer piano factory.

Among the other finds were cabinets in which medicines were stored. Now residents of the space use them for personal belongings. Also, in one of the hangars, an antique table and insulators were found, which became part of the interior.

Wooden tram sleepers were also preserved on the wall, reminding visitors of the depot's history and how rails were laid in the past.

"We found cabinets where medicines were stored. They fit perfectly into our space, and now residents store their personal belongings in them. Also, in one of the hangars we found an antique table and insulators, which we also integrated into the interior," said B2B event manager of LEM Station Olena Shpontak.

The restoration of the former tram depot at the intersection of Sakharova, Vitovskoho, and Heroiv Maidanu streets lasted almost ten years. In December 2025, the work was completed, and the historic complex was transformed into a creative hub with a food market, coworking space, art spaces, and venues for concerts and conferences. The total investment in the renovation amounted to 7 million dollars.
