The Polish clothing and home goods store chain Pepco has officially announced its entry into the Ukrainian market. This was reported by the publication LIGA.net, citing Pepco Group CEO Stephan Borchert.
The company is launching a pilot project within which it will test operations in the new market and prepare for further expansion.
"We are launching a carefully controlled pilot project in selected regions of Ukraine – a market where Pepco already has a recognizable brand and which could potentially become a significant new source of growth for the group," – said Stephan Borchert.

The company has not disclosed specific cities or launch dates for the stores. According to market estimates, the first Pepco outlets in Ukraine could open in 2026.
By the way, Pepco is a Polish clothing and home goods store chain founded in 1999 in Poznań. The company has over 4,000 stores in 18 countries and serves more than 41 million customers monthly. It is part of Pepco Group and provides the majority of its revenue and retail space.
By the end of the 2025 fiscal year, the company's revenue grew by 8.7% to €4.5 billion, EBITDA by 10.3% (to €865 million), and net profit by almost 20% (to €219 million). The company also increased dividends and continued its share buyback.
As a reminder, the sportswear and footwear chain Reebok is ceasing operations in Ukraine.
