This year, the construction of an artificial lake on the summit will begin there, and it is planned to be completed by the end of 2027. Given these timelines, the resort might open in test mode as early as winter, but without a hotel.
The opening of the first hotel is planned for the second half of 2028. By that time, the testing of the mountain skiing system should be completed, and guests will be able to enjoy their vacation.
Last year, the first ski slope was already prepared at the resort. In the near future, the underground engineering networks for snowmaking systems will be laid, after which the construction of power grids will begin, and only then will the slopes be finally formed.
Recall that the construction of this large-scale mountain resort at the foot of the V Vysokyi Verkh massif (at an altitude of 650 m above sea level, near the villages of Volosyanka and Verkhnya Rozhanka, and 5 km from Slavske) began a year and a half ago. Today, over 100 projects and sub-projects are being implemented simultaneously on the site.
