On the night of July 30, Russia launched a massive missile attack on Lviv. At 4:12 AM, an air raid siren was announced in the Lviv region, and around 4:38 AM, an increased danger warning was issued due to the threat of cruise missile strikes. Subsequently, a series of explosions were heard in the city. At 5:16 AM, the air raid alert was lifted in the Lviv region. Two residential buildings on Patona and Vyhovskoho streets suffered the most damage. This was reported reported by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi.
In total, over 20 residential buildings were damaged, as well as two educational institutions - Lyceum No. 15 and Kindergarten No. 139. Lyceum No. 15 suffered the most damage. 140 windows and 4 doors were blown out, and the roof was also damaged.
Also, Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi reported as of 09:31 AM reportedthat the number of casualties as a result of the missile attack on Lviv has increased to 31. Among them are three children. According to preliminary information, the oldest victim is 93 years old, and the youngest boy is 6. He was hospitalized with fractures of two limbs.
Previously, he also noted that 15 people were hospitalized, including one rescuer.
As of 10:00 AM, according to the police, 33 people have been reported injured. Among them are three children aged 6, 13, and 15, a State Emergency Service employee, and a police officer.
As reported by the city mayor, two people are currently considered missing. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
Meanwhile, 23 people sought medical help, and 13 are in the hospital. One person is in serious condition.

What Russia launched tonight and how many were shot down
A total of radio technical troops of the Air Force recorded 358 air attack assets – 74 missiles and 284 UAVs of various types:
- 4 anti-ship missiles Zircon/Onyx (launch area – Kursk region, - RF);
- 9 ballistic missiles Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 (launch areas – Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk regions, - RF);
- 61 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kalibr (launch area – Vologda region, Novorossiysk - RF);
- 284 attack UAVs of Shahed, Geran, Italmas types, and "Parodya" type imitation drones (from directions: Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Shatalovo – RF).
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00 AM, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 320 targets – 55 missiles and 265 drones of various types:
- 1 Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missile;
- 54 Kh-101/Kalibr cruise missiles;
- 265 enemy UAVs of various types.
What residents whose property was damaged should do
The commission stated that the city will fully rebuild housing for residents who lost theirs.
Until reconstruction is complete, the city will compensate for housing rent: UAH 12,000 for a one-room apartment, UAH 15,000 for a two-room apartment, UAH 17,000 for a three-room apartment.
For each damaged window in Lviv, up to UAH 15,000 will be compensated, for damaged entrance doors – UAH 20,000.
If necessary, residents will be temporarily accommodated in hotels at the city's expense.
Mobile Administrative Service Centers (TSNAP)
Today, July 30, a mobile Administrative Service Center will operate in the Zaliznychnyi district to provide assistance and consultations to residents whose property was damaged as a result of the morning attack. This was reported by the Zaliznychnyi District Administration.
TSNAP working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00.

- Submit an application for material assistance and compensation for damaged property.
