Master class from the studio of fine arts of the Hotkevich Palace
When: April 20, 15:00 to 17:00;

The Studio of Fine Arts of the Khotkevych Palace organizes a master class in Easter painting. Admission to the event is free, with an identity card and pre-registration. Seats are limited.
Therapeutic master class. Talk about acceptance, about emotions, about the emotional resource of drawing Easter eggs

At the master classes, you can try yourself in this art, paint in different techniques: from dots to Hutsul ornaments and your own designs. The head of the studio Halyna Yakubyshyn will conduct the events. All necessary materials will be prepared by the organizers.
Master class from Lviv Open Lab
When: April 20, 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.;
Where: Lviv Open Lab, Chervonoi Kalyny Ave. 58;
13:00 – master class on Easter egg painting by Olesya Odeshchak – here, everyone will be able to try to create their own Easter egg. The number of places for this master class is limited, so have time to register. Also, if possible, ask to bring additional materials (white eggs, long white candles, ordinary pencils).
16:00 – workshop «Easter in Lviv» by Yaryna Zakalska – everything you need to know about «pouring Monday» [Ukrainian traditional celebration on the second day of Easter when people pour water on each other], how to collect an Easter basket and how to dance hayivky [Ukrainian folk dances and songs praising the spring coming]. Easter eggs painting school
When: April 20 from 13:00 to 15:00;
Where: in the central part of the city (the area in front of the Dominican Cathedral at Muzeyna Street, 1 and St. George’s Square), in Sykhiv, near the Dovzhenko Center;
Easter painting master classes will be held in Lviv, where teachers will teach traditional Easter egg painting, as well as tell about various ornaments and painting techniques and in general about the traditions of celebrating Easter. Participation in master classes is free.

A series of master classes on making decorations for the Easter holidays and painting Easter eggs has started on the YouTube channel of Children’s Clubs of Lviv. Teachers of Lviv clubs have prepared thematic exercises for children, which can be viewed both during the broadcast and in the recording at the link.
