In the Kyiv region, the stationary unit of the "Nyushanik's Estate" bird rehabilitation center burned down as a result of a Russian attack. This is reported reported by the head of the center, Iryna Snopko.
The enemy strike completely destroyed the bird stationary unit, the henhouse, and the quail coop. Along with the buildings, the entire stock of medicines, feed, and special equipment burned down: an oxygen concentrator, freezers, a generator, and an inverter. Birds in aviaries on the estate's grounds were unharmed.
The organization UAnimals has already stated its readiness to completely restore the destroyed equipment and infrastructure.
In August, the rare black vulture Berlin was transferred to "Nyushanik's Estate" for treatment. The injured bird, which had flown from Bulgaria, was found in the reeds near Bila Tserkva.
We remind you that the enemy attacked the capital with ballistic and cruise missiles, causing destruction in several districts. In particular, in the Darnytskyi district, during the extinguishing of a fire in a garage cooperative, rescuers discovered the bodies of two deceased.
