In the Podilskyi district of Kyiv, as a result of the night Russian attack on October 7, warehouse premises with book print runs of the publishing house 'Knyholav' were destroyed. This was reported by the publishing house's press service.

The exact amount of damage will be assessed after specialists are allowed access to the site. However, the publishing house has already confirmed the loss of tens of thousands of copies. The fire destroyed new releases from the last two months and additional print runs of books that the Russians burned during a previous attack.

"Despite significant material losses, we will not stop working, we will restore the lost print runs again, and we will continue to supply readers with high-quality Ukrainian literature," emphasized 'Knyholav'.

Russian troops are destroying the property of this publishing house for the second time. On the night of July 19, an enemy strike completely burned down the company's previous warehouse, burning almost 250,000 books.
