In Kyiv, 13 people died as a result of the Russian attack, and more than 30 were injured. This was reported reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Rescuers managed to save 34 people.
"Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the sites of destruction caused by the Russian strike in a high-rise building and private residential buildings in the Darnytskyi district," it is stated in the message.

According to emergency services, psychologists provided assistance to over 50 residents of damaged buildings at two addresses.
Almost 500 rescuers and 96 units of fire and rescue and special equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the Russian strike.
The State Emergency Service noted that as a result of the attack, fires and destruction of civilian infrastructure and residential buildings occurred in several districts of the city.

In the Darnytskyi district, partial destruction of residential five-story and nine-story buildings, the upper floors of a 16-story building, as well as private houses were recorded.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a fire of the common roof of a seven-story residential building and a hotel building occurred. At other addresses, a five-story building was damaged, a fire broke out in a five-story residential building over an area of 300 square meters, as well as a fire in a three-story non-residential building.
In the Holosiivskyi district, the technical floor of a 16-story residential building was on fire.

In the Pecherskyi district, a nine-story building was damaged, and a fire broke out on the first and second floors of the building over an area of 200 square meters. Rescuers saved one person there.
In the Obolonskyi district, a fire broke out on the territory of a warehouse. The victim was taken to the nearest fire unit, where he was provided with first aid.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, two private residential buildings were damaged, and in the Desnianskyi district — a residential nine-story building.
