On the night of July 24, drones attacked two key Wildberries logistics centers in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as the Aviatek enterprise in Kirov, Russia, which works for the Russian defense industry.
The attack on St. Petersburg was reported by the city's governor, Alexander Beglov. According to him, drones hit a civilian infrastructure facility on Moskovskoye Highway at night. The consequences are currently being dealt with.

At the same time, the Telegram channel Exilenova reported that two key Wildberries logistics complexes, which had already been evacuated multiple times due to the threat of attacks, came under fire.
In particular, the Shushary logistics complex in St. Petersburg, with an area of over 106,000 square meters, was affected. It is one of the main centers for processing and distributing goods for St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, and other regions.
The Utkina Zavod logistics complex in Novosaratovka, Leningrad Region, was also attacked. Its area is about 210,000 square meters, and warehouses of various companies, including Wildberries, are located on its territory.
In addition, according to preliminary information, the Aviatek plant in Kirov was struck. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the enterprise specializes in the production of surface-to-air guided missiles, target drones, ejection seats for pilot rescue, and aircraft lifting systems.
Also, according to the GUR, the plant supplies launch units for the production of Kh-101 cruise missiles and solid-fuel gas generators for Kh-59M2 and Kh-59M2A missiles.
The attacks on Wildberries were commented on by the Commander of the Drone Systems Forces, Robert Brovdi (Madyar).

Why Ukraine is hitting Wildberries facilities
After the first attacks on July 18, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy statedthat the attacks on warehouses in the Moscow and Tambov regions are a response to Russian attacks on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
According to the Financial Times, the attacks on Wildberries logistics centers were a response to Russian strikes on Nova Poshta terminals.
Despite the company's statements about an attack on a "civilian object," Zelenskyy emphasized that these warehouses were used to supply sanctioned components for the production of drones, navigation equipment, and other military equipment. According to him, logistics centers in the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions performed a similar role.
Furthermore, on the Wildberries platform, military goods are openly sold, including body armor, camouflage, and drone components. This is why, according to a number of experts, such logistics centers can be considered legitimate military targets.
