An 18-year-old youth, suspected of attacking a 30-year-old Polish citizen, has been taken into custody pending clarification of all circumstances. This was reported reported by the Polish publication RM24.
An 18-year-old citizen of Ukraine is suspected of a knife attack on a 30-year-old woman in Wrocław in the evening. He was taken into custody for three months pending investigation.
According to the prosecutor's office, the attack occurred in Wrocław. As a result of the stab wounds, the woman suffered severe injuries, but after receiving medical assistance, she has already been discharged from the hospital.

The court granted the prosecutor's request for the suspect's arrest. As reported by Mateusz Kuczyński, prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław-Fabryczna, the court agreed with the investigators' arguments regarding the necessity of keeping the suspect in custody.
The Consular Service of Ukraine in Wroclaw also commented on the issue.
The 18-year-old Ukrainian himself did not admit his guilt. He is charged with attempted murder, for which Polish law provides a penalty of up to life imprisonment.
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
