It will be recalled that on the thirteenth day of the heroic confrontation of the Ukrainian people against the Russian military invasion, the enemy continued the offensive, but the pace of advance of his troops slowed down considerably. The occupiers are demoralized and increasingly looting and violating the rules of international humanitarian law on military conflict.
