During the twelve days of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, our military destroyed more than 11,000 occupiers. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
Thus, during the days of full-scale war, the enemy lost 290 tanks, 999 armoured combat vehicles, 117 artillery systems. Also destroyed 50 rocket-propelled grenade launchers, 23 air defences, 46 aircraft, 68 helicopters, 454 vehicles.
The Ukrainian military managed to destroy 3 enemy Russian ships, 60 fuel tanks and 7 unmanned aerial vehicles of operational and tactical level.
It will be recalled that the Russian occupiers killed the mayor of Gostomel Yurii Prylypko and wounded the mayor of Bucha Anatolii Fedoruk. Yurii Prylypko was shot dead by the occupiers while he was delivering medicine and food to the villagers.
