The Prime minister of Croatia made an official visit to Lviv

The politician gave a lecture at the Ukrainian Catholic University and spoke with business and government officials.

Andrej Plenković, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, paid an official visit to Lviv 9 December. First, the politician visited the Ukrainian Catholic University, where he gave a lecture to students on the future of Europe. The Croatian Prime Minister also met with Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadov and the Head of a Lviv Regional State Administration (LODA) Maksym Kozytskyi.

In addition, Lviv held a business conference, in which the Croatian delegation also took part. As LODA website reported, during the meeting, the Lviv investment advantages were discussed, including investment and export potential, also considered a case of creating industrial parks in the Lviv region.

Together with the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, the Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and State Property of Croatia Darko Horvat, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlič-Radman, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Tomislav Ćorić, the Minister of Education and Science Radovan Fuchs and others arrived in Lviv. 

The Croatian delegation also visited the Lychakiv Cemetery and the Memorial to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.

It should be noted that 8 December, the Prime Minister of Croatia also visited Kyiv, where 5 joint documents were signed between Ukraine and Croatia. Among them is the Action Plan of the Working Group between Ukraine and Croatia for 2022-23, which provides for the exchange of experience with Croatia on the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories, rehabilitation of veterans and internally displaced persons, mine action, and strengthening national security.
