Lviv’s Expat and English-Speaking Events: 23-29 Nov: Thanksgiving, African dance, and storytelling

Lviv is still in the red zone and live music events are curtailed but if you have proof of vaccine or a negative Covid test you can access some events for English-speaking people at what is becoming the city’s expat hub.

Due to the quarantine restrictions, now extended until 28 November, there are no scheduled live music events and big gatherings for the fourth week in a row.

But English-speakers can still find some gatherings at the new Tе Amo Lviv café (location), which in the past months has become a popular spot for expats and English-speaking Ukrainians wanting good international connections. You do not need to RSVP; simply show up. The café offers food, coffee, tea, wine, and more.

Here’s this week’s schedule:

Tuesday 23 November

19:00-20:30: Cacao with storytelling, Drink hot chocolate and exchange stories

20:30-22:00: Kizomba dance, a dance originating in Angola

Wednesday 24 November:

19:00-20:30: Nick’s English-Speaking Club

20:30: Andrea Pinto Music Concert

Thursday 25 November

19:15: Coffee with a Psychologist

19:30: English-Speaking Club, Thanksgiving Edition: casual conversations and celebration

Friday 26 November

19:00 Entrepreneur Meeting
