The morning of 3 February users began to report that Kyivstar had a global technical system failure. When trying to call, users are told that they do not have enough funds in their account. It is also not possible to replenish the balance through the Privat24 application. The application says it is in the status of «processing.»

In addition, mobile users report the inability to verify the account at * 110 # and * 111 #. The mobile application also does not work.

Many users wrote about it on social networks.

«There is a global failure in the Kyivstar system, it is impossible to call, the answer is that there are not enough funds in your account. Do you have other mobile operators? The Internet works, as well as the mobile ones, user Mykola Shlipko writes .

It seems the system failed in many cities.

At the same time, Kyivstar reports that experts are working to solve the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.
