According to him, the attention of the whole world is now focused on Ukraine. Our military is honourable, but each of us must help them so that everyone stays safe and communities function even in emergencies.

«We understand perfectly well that the enemy needs disorganization, destabilization, so there may be various sabotage groups, abnormal situations,» – Andrii Sadovyi says.

The mayor noted that panic and mistrust are as powerful an element of hybrid warfare as bullets or missiles. We cannot allow the enemy to make us despair. So, we should be strong and do everything necessary to protect our home and Ukraine.

Andrii Sadovyi didn’t rule out information attacks against Ukraine. But if the enemy attacks, he attacks the whole country.

«Lviv, Kharkiv and a small town in the Donetsk region. We must all repel these attacks and threats. These are information attacks in particular. These are sabotage attacks. These are people who will start to confuse, to tell all sorts of nonsense. Today we need vigilance,» – the mayor said.

It will be recalled that Lviv has approved an action plan in the event of a military threat from Russia. Blood reserves will also be increased in Lviv, and city hospitals will be provided with a three-month supply of medicines and other materials in case of an emergency. Also, all utilities in medical institutions were carried out to the appropriate level, provided with water supplies and diesel generators.
