Last night, March 3-4, the Russian occupiers attacked the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, which is the largest in Europe. According to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, we endured a night that could end the history of both Ukraine and Europe.

«It [nuclear plant] alone could be like six Chornobyls. Russian tank troopers knew they were firing. Direct aim – at the station. This is terror of an unprecedented level. There are 15 nuclear units in Ukraine. And the Russian military has a completely reflected memory of Chernobyl. About this world tragedy,» – he said.

The head of state also addressed the Russians. If they have not forgotten about the Chornobyl disaster, they cannot remain silent.

«You have to tell your government, howl in the street and say you want to live. Live on earth without radioactive contamination. Radiation does not know where Russia’s borders are,» – he added.

It will be recalled that the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson urgently convened the UN Security Council due to the shelling of the Zaporizhzhya NPP by the Russian military.
