66 hundreds of volunteer formations have already been formed in Lviv, which is a support for law enforcement officers. In particular, they are involved in patrolling. This was announced on March 14, during a briefing by Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi.

In addition, according to him, the crime rate in the city has decreased significantly.

«We have formed 66 hundred in Lviv – these are voluntary associations, these are Lviv residents who care about security. The crime rate in the city has dropped to zero. There are cases, such as overpricing, but preventive work is paying off,» – he said.

Andrii Sadovyi reminded that in addition to law enforcement officers, armed groups also take care of security in Lviv. Territorial defense of the Lviv region is two brigades: 103rd and 125th. Battalions of the 103rd Brigade are stationed in all districts of the region. And Lviv, as it is a city of millions, has its own brigade – the 125th, which deals with the defense of the city.

It will be recalled that the citizens are asked to report any information of sabotage and reconnaissance groups to a special official chatbot @stop_russian_war_bot. The bot receives and transmits information to the appropriate response headquarters. You can also send information in private messages to the telegram account @stop_russian_war.
