There are no problems with mobilization in Ukraine. Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced this on the air of a nationwide television marathon, commenting on the delivery of summonses to conscripts.

«There are no problems with mobilization. I constantly communicate with the General Staff, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Chief of the General Staff. We have by and large filled all the necessary positions. If mobilization is taking place today, it is for certain special specialities,» – he explains.

For example, we are talking about international training programs for Ukrainian defenders, in particular in Great Britain, where Ukrainian military personnel are trained.

«For such service trips, additional specialists, preferably with knowledge of the English language, may be sought for training. But to say that we have massively failed in mobilization is not the case,» – Reznikov notes.

He also added: «When a summons is served, it’s not about mobilization. We are talking about the fact that some people were forced to move, changed their place of residence and did not register, although they are obliged to do so by law. Handing out summonses to men of draft age means that they have to come to the local body of the recruitment center, show documents and check if he is registered and included in the reserve list. Because not everyone has registered. These awards are, first of all, aimed at putting things in order.»

Separately, the minister notes that he does not support cases where summonses to the army become a method of punishment. According to him, this approach discredits the Armed Forces.

It will be recalled that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 39,520 soldiers. The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Kramatorsk direction.
