The Ukrainian army loses about 30-50 servicemen every day in the war with Russia. Such data were voiced by the adviser to the head of the President’s Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, in an interview with the BBC.

According to him, compared to the spring, when 100 to 200 Ukrainian soldiers died every day, the losses decreased by 2.5-3 times.

«I think there are about 30-50 people. But again, it is not quite correct for us to talk about it. It is more correct when the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will give specific figures on how many people die,» – he said.

He added that in June, the greater losses of the defenders were influenced by the transition to the second stage of the war, when the artillery war began, and the enemy was «covering» the Ukrainian positions with fire.

«But today, the number of losses is decreasing. First of all, because our rocket salvo systems work very effectively in the logistics centers of the Russian army. Secondly, there is a redeployment of the Russian army along the entire front line. And the third is that ours have already adapted to the tactics of the Russian army, are more mobile and defend themselves more effectively,» – said the head of the President’s Office.

We will remind you that during the day of August 8, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 300 Russian invaders and 6 enemy tanks. The losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the full-scale war reached about 42 640 soldiers.
