In Lviv, starting Monday, March 23, road surface repairs will begin in large sections on Chornovola Avenue. During the work, individual traffic lanes will be partially closed. This was reported by the Lviv City Council.
It is noted that the work will be carried out on the section from Varshavska Street to Khimichna Street. Due to the use of heavy machinery, traffic will be restricted locally — only where the work is directly taking place.
“From Monday, March 23, we are starting to repair the road surface with large sections. This is much more significant work than simply fixing potholes,”— explained the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration.
The repairs will last approximately 3–4 days. The work will be carried out from 9:30 to 17:00, first in the direction of the city center, and later on the opposite side. Drivers are asked to take the restrictions into account when planning their routes.
