The company noted that the partnership aims to enhance the protection of Ukraine's airspace from drone and missile attacks, as well as to strengthen Ukraine's role as a European center for defense innovation.

"The initiative will contribute to the development of the European defense ecosystem," SkyFall reported.

One of the key areas of cooperation will be the integration of Ukrainian P1-SUN interceptors with Airbus's Air C2 airspace management system.

SkyFall claims that P1-SUN interceptors have already destroyed approximately 10,000 Russian drones of various types, which, according to the company, has confirmed the technology's effectiveness in real combat conditions.

"This has become the foundation for the partnership with Airbus, within which we are working on creating a new generation multi-layered air defense system," the company stated.

CEO Michael Schellhorn emphasized that the cooperation is intended to bridge the gap between classical defense systems and rapid innovative developments.

According to him, Airbus provides system expertise in command and control solutions and integrated air and missile defense, while the Ukrainian side brings combat experience and technologies proven in real-world conditions.

SkyFall also stated that the partnership supports the goals of the European Sky Shield Initiative (ESSI) and contributes to the development of European defense technological sovereignty.

It is separately noted that the companies view the alliance as an element of long-term industrial cooperation that can strengthen the integration of Ukrainian defense technologies into the European market.

The European Sky Shield Initiative unites the efforts of European countries to create a multi-layered air defense system.
