Lviv is looking for tenants for mobile trade in parks: two auctions are being held today

Auctions will be held in a total of 12 parks.

Today, June 24, Lviv is announcing auctions for 2 small locations for the placement of mobile structures in two Lviv parks: Zamarynivskyi and Sknylivskyi. They will be conducted through the "Prozorro. Sales" system. This was reported by the press service of the Lviv City Council.

The LCC notes that these are places for the placement of objects for social, cultural, trade, and other purposes in parks, forest parks, and park-monuments of landscape art of the Lviv city territorial community.

On June 24, two locations were put up for auction:

Zamarynivskyi Park" - a plot of 4 m² near the amphitheater for the installation of a mobile structure;
• Sknylivskyi Park" - a plot of 8 m² on the central alley from the side of Ivana Vyhovskoho Street for the installation of a mobile structure;

"Today we are publishing through the "Prozorro. Sales" system announcements about holding auctions to determine tenants for mobile trade, as well as for the placement of attractions in parks. The executive committee has decided on 12 parks where such activities will be allowed. Entrepreneurs will be allowed to sell coffee, ice cream, water, cotton candy, and sweets. The sale of alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages, and tobacco products is prohibited."

"- to participate in this auction, entrepreneurs will need to register on one of the "Prozorro. Sales" platforms and submit the relevant package of documents, - explained Volodymyr Danyliuk, director of LKP "Zelenyi Lviv".

The auction will take place 10 days after the announcement is published. The winner will be the participant who submits the highest bid, after which a contract will be concluded with them.

In addition, the tenant must approve the external appearance of the mobile trade object itself with the city's department of architecture and spatial development.

The lease term for the facilities is until December 31, 2027. The lease cost will depend on the area, location, and appearance of the structure.

We remind you that in Lviv parks, entrepreneurs will be able to officially set up their spots for mobile trade. The relevant decision was made on May 15.
