As a result of the shelling, a 12-year-old child was killed, and at least 10 people were injured, including medics. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

Explosions were heard in Kyiv during the air raid alert — air defense forces are engaging targets. At the same time, the consequences of the attack have been recorded in various districts of the city, including strikes and falling debris.

In the Podilskyi district, debris hit a non-residential building and also damaged residential buildings. Specifically, missile fragments hit the sixth floor of a 16-story building — no fire occurred.

At the same time, at another address, a fire broke out on the first floor of a residential building. Additionally, destruction of the first floor of a private residential house was recorded in the district — rescuers pulled a child and a woman from the rubble and handed them over to medics. The victims are receiving necessary assistance.

In the Obolonskyi district, falling debris, presumably from a missile, was recorded. A large-scale fire broke out in non-residential buildings there — cars also caught fire. Four medics who arrived on a call are known to be injured.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, medics also responded to calls — emergency teams are working on the ground.

According to preliminary information, a 12-year-old child was killed in the Podilskyi district as a result of the attack. In total, at least 10 people are currently known to be injured, including several medics. Calls to emergency services continue to come in.

City authorities urge residents to stay in shelters — the attack on the capital continues.
