In Kyiv, there are plans to restore the postal station building and create a postal history museum there along with a public space. Currently, the site has already been cleared of unauthorized users and is being prepared for the next stage of work. This was reported by Maryna Solovyova, Director of the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Kyiv City State Administration, in an interview with "Tvoiemu Mistu".
According to her, the above-ground building is municipal property and is on the balance sheet of the Kyiv Scientific and Methodological Center.
After the inventory, it turned out that the site was in a state of neglect, and part of the premises had been occupied by unauthorized persons.
