In Stryiskyi Park in Lviv, restoration work is underway on an architectural structure located at 12-A, U. Samchuka St. Residents noticed the absence of information boards regarding the contractor, customer, and deadlines for the work.
A corresponding inquiry was received by the "Hotline of the City of Lviv". The author of the message, Denys Mandzyuk, noted that active work is being carried out on a kiosk from the " of the 1920s.
"Active work is being carried out on a kiosk from the Eastern Fairs era (1920s) in Stryiskyi Park. The old plaster has already been removed, and the roof is being dismantled. There are no information boards indicating the contractor, customer, deadlines, or the purpose of the facility. We would like adequate communication about what is happening," he wrote.

In a response provided by Stryiskyi Park, it was reported that the repair work is being carried out in accordance with the immovable property lease agreement from May of last year. It was also noted that the object's passport was previously available, but it was damaged.
"The tenant has been informed that the production of a new object passport has been ordered and it will be re-posted", the response stated.
In a comment "Your City" the director of Stryiskyi Park, Olena Mazuryk, clarified that the tenant of the facility is State Enterprise "Morozko", with whom a lease agreement was concluded in 2025. The work must be carried out in accordance with the project and cost documentation.
"The intended purpose of the facility includes a cafe, as well as the sale of food and non-food items and souvenirs, excluding excisable goods", she noted.
According to Prozorro platform data, the starting rent was UAH 3,441.60, but during the auction, the final price increased 73 times and reached UAH 250,000.
Also according to analyst platform YouControl data, SE "Morozko" is a subsidiary of PrJSC "Lviv Cold Store", whose products are represented on the market under the trademark "LIMO".
We remind that the rent for the rotunda, with an area of 44.5 square meters, where "Drunk Cherry" has been operating since 2023, is UAH 165,101.
