During the four months of full-scale war, the soldiers of Air Command «West» shot down 24 cruise missiles and 11 unmanned aerial vehicles in the sky over the Lviv region. During May 24 – June 24, one cruise missile was neutralized. This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.

We will remind that during the last days in the Lviv region, the siren three times reported about air alarm. Thus, at 8:59 there was a danger due to the launch of missiles from the territory of Belarus, at 17:53 – the enemy launched missiles from the Caspian Sea, and at 23:05 – due to the departure of a «Rosaviation» aircraft in Belarus from the airport in Baranovichi to Pinsk, which is located 30 km from the Ukrainian border.
