Air attack on power substations in Lviv. Operative information

As a result of the shelling, three power stations were damaged, two people received injuries.

At around 8:25 pm on May 3, explosions were heard in Lviv, and the enemy fired missiles at the city. This was announced by the head of the Lviv regional military administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

«According to preliminary information, missile strikes were fired on Lviv region. Stay in the shelters! « – Maksym Kozytskyi wrote.

He added that three power substations were damaged as a result of the shelling. In a part of the city, there is no electricity.

Mayor Andrii Sadovyi also reported that two pumping stations are now without current. «We are restoring water supply through alternative sources of electricity.» – he stated.

He also added that preliminarily, two people were injured. The attack caused a fire in one of the power substations.

At the same time, railway company «Ukrzaliznytsia» stated that due to enemy shelling of railway substations, a number of trains will be delayed. «Currently, trains have been delayed at the entrance to Lviv, information is being updated, follow official announcements and do not leave the shelters during the alarm.»

We will note also that air alarm was declared in the city and cancelled at 21.18.
